Pewsey Carnival Grant Fund
The Pewsey Carnival Committee organises and runs several community-based events throughout September. These range from the flagship Carnival Procession to the much-loved Wheelbarrow event and Feast Tea, to name just a few.
The events are entirely organized and run by volunteers. It involves people giving their time and other resources for the common good, in a range of forms. From time to time the activities generate a small pot of funding that the members of the Carnival wish to go to good causes in the Vale of Pewsey
The objective of the Pewsey Carnival Grant Fund is to support clubs, groups, and charities that are delivered for the benefit of local people. This could be a local village hall, a Brownies or Scout group or could even go to support a one-off event such as a day trip for older people in the area. Some terms and conditions apply and these are available for download named ‘PADFAC Grant Guideline 2019’
