Wine Race

Wine Race – to accommodate the requirement to sign an insurance waiver as noted below registration will be open from 6.00pm in the Bouverie Hall for a 7.30pm start. Entry Forms (£15 per team) should be available on the night or from any Pewsey pub.

Please note that all three team members will also need to be witnessed signing a special insurance waiver on the night.

Wheelbeero Race

Wheelbeero Race - unlike previous years this event is enter on the day only with registration open from 5.30pm in the Bouverie Hall for a 7.30pm start – as in previous years you can fill in this Entry Form (£30 per team) to save yourself and the organiser time on the night. Form also available from Wild Cardz or the Royal Oak.

Please note that all three team members will also need to be witnessed signing a special insurance waiver on the night.

*** Use of Generators ***

If your wheelbarrow uses a fossil-fuelled generator it will not be covered by the Wheelbeero race insurance. You will therefore need to arrange your own cover in the sum of £5m third party public liability for the night. This might be possible on your existing home insurance policy, or you might approach specialist insurers Hiscox Insurance or Event Insurance. You will also need to carry an appropriate fire extinguisher.
