Pewsey on Top of the World!

Great news from Cesana, Italy – the track on which she won Olympic Silver in 2006 - where Shelley Rudman today won the third round of this season’s World Cup events. In the process she was fastest in both heats, including a new track record on her second run, and went to the top of the FIBT Rankings … see Video.

As shown on our Calendar there are five more rounds to go in the World Cup before the 2010 Winter Olympics event  in Vancouver on 18-19 February. Naturally, all in her home village will be cheering her on again.

Wheelbeero Race in the News!

A very good feature article on Shelley Rudman in today’s Times newspaper includes a massive plug for Pewsey Carnival’s Wheelbeero Race! … here … a timely reminder that she will be bidding to go one better than 2006’s silver in the Vancouver Winter Olympics this coming February.
