We agree that Stewards may take action to ensure the following conditions are complied with:
ALCOHOL
No alcohol will be carried or consumed during the procession. If a member of your group consumes alcohol during the procession you understand the alcohol may be confiscated you may be asked to leave the procession
NAKED FLAMES
No form of naked flame will be used
FIREWORKS
No fireworks or flares in any form will be used
NOISY EFFECTS
No equipment that can replicated gun fire or emergency vehicle imitation sirens will be used
LITTER
No polystyrene bubbles will be used
FIRST AID
I will inform the First Aid Staff at the field of any entrant with a known medical condition that may create a risk during the procession

As the “organiser” you agree on behalf of all the entrants in your group and will ensure everyone in the group fulfills the conditions above.
